Marketing Hub

How do I use the Marketing Hub?

Run campaigns, generate AI content drafts, manage your guest CRM, and track owner leads — all under /marketing.

Purpose

The Marketing Hub (/marketing) is where you grow both sides of the business: guest bookings and new owner clients. It brings together campaigns, content, the guest CRM, and the owner-leads pipeline with attribution.

Who can use this

Marketing managers, sales managers, and admins. Requires the Marketing Hub module.

Steps

  1. 1Open Marketing (/marketing) for the overview dashboard.
  2. 2CAMPAIGNS (/marketing/campaigns): create a campaign with a goal — guest direct bookings, owner acquisition, investor outreach, or brand awareness. Set the channel, budget, and target link (often your direct-booking site or a landing page).
  3. 3Track each campaign's results on its detail page; leads and bookings that arrive through campaign links are attributed automatically.
  4. 4CONTENT (/marketing/content): generate AI content drafts (listing copy, posts, emails). Every AI draft is exactly that — a draft. A human reviews, edits, and approves before anything is sent or published; the original AI version and the approval trail are preserved.
  5. 5GUESTS (/marketing/guests): your guest CRM. See stay history and lifecycle stage, and use segments for repeat-guest marketing.
  6. 6OWNER LEADS (/marketing/owner-leads): the owner-acquisition pipeline — see "How do I manage sales and owner leads?".
  7. 7Review attribution regularly: which campaigns produced which bookings and owner signups, so budget follows results.

Important notes

  • AI never sends anything by itself. Draft, human review, approve, then send — always, and it is audit-logged.
  • Attribution depends on using campaign links/QR codes; direct walk-ins can be attributed manually on the lead.
  • Prospect and guest emails respect your email provider settings under Settings > Providers.

Common mistakes

  • Publishing AI content without review — quality and accuracy are your brand's responsibility.
  • Running campaigns pointing at a direct-booking site that is not published yet.

FAQ

Where do landing-page leads go?
Owner-acquisition leads land in /marketing/owner-leads with the source recorded; guest bookings arrive as direct-booking requests.
